From my high school days: “One hung low.”
My parents were of that time, and were not war promoters.
My dad, though, was really enamoured with the the whole Cold War ideal. Cold war is terrible, while hot war (nukes or bullets) puts America into a world of death.
No way to build a rational economy that helps everyone, but for a few success stories.
