The idea that Britain should leave the European Union seemed totally daft to me when the vote took coals to Newcastle. And it makes even less sense to me now. And the votes against Prime Minister Theresa May’s negotiated agreement with the EU is strictly agonizing. And then to watch Parliament take the reins and be totally unable to approve any of their own eight alternatives leaves one to consider that their democracy is dead and despite our own deadlocks, thank goodness we don’t have a parliament of our own.
But I am really tired of the news stories about hard Brexit, soft Brexit, no deal Brexit, or why PM May hasn’t resigned.
What the hell will each and any Brexit mean to the American economy?
If anyone has seen a decent article out there on the subject, could you share it here?
