Apparently President Barack Obama issued some endorsements…including for a Democrat who is running against Representative Dan Crenshaw (R – TX2). And the representative took offense at that…accusing the president in meddling in Texas politics.
Well first, to me although a Texas race, races for the House of Representatives in today’s climate have become national races. Shouldn’t be that way but that’s the facts on the ground.
But, endorsements are pretty much a proud tradition for politicians of all stripes. Pols endorse and they solicit endorsements. That’s how they roll.
