WILL wins award, staffer flashes strange hand signs

The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, a right-wing policy center here in Wisconsin, recently posted a photo on Twitter highlighting an award they won.

In said photo (see below) Noah Diekemper, who works for WILL as a Senior Policy Analyst, can be seen flashing what appears to be the white power “okay” hand gesture with both his hands. Diekemper was quick to disavow how “awkward” his hands look but many on Twitter were unconvinced by his explanation.
