Activists from Occupy Milwaukee shut down a bridge over I-43 yesterday for two hours in a symbolic gesture to bring attention to income inequality and the fragile state of our national infrastructure.

On October 15, Milwaukee will have its own “Occupy Wall Street” protest: Could we see our own Hoan Bridge shut down in much the same way as the protesters shut down the Brooklyn Bridge in New York? That would be a sight to see!
