Okay, so I was wrong about Obama’s choice for VP, with my prediction being Rep. Chet Edwards of Texas (though I did say the choice was more likely to be Biden), but I’m going to go out on a limb and predict that Sen. John McCain will pick Mitt Romney as his running mate.

That’s a limb? Seems like everybody’s predicting Romney. I said Lieberman before, but now I think it’ll be a woman. I’m just not sure which one.
I meant “go out on a limb” as making a prediction.
I don’t think McCain would be stupid enough to pick Lieberman or Tom Ridge, simply because he can’t afford to piss off his base, especially after all the hard work he’s done pandering to them over all these months.
Maybe he’ll go outside the box and pick someone like Carly Fiorina, but I’d have to think Sarah Palin’s got too many skeletons to warrant serious consideration.
