    1. I care, Cat Kin, that’s why I put up the post. It matters to me, and it should matter to everyone, that a US Senator trying to undermine the authority of the president of the United States regarding negotiations with Iran doesn’t seem to even know that it’s perfectly understandable that the Iranians have control of their capital city. What’s the matter, got a bee in your bonnet?

      1. Only person out of his element is Obama and his Iranian buddy Jarrett. they have just handed Iran the Mideast on silver platter cause they hate Jews.

        1. Is it possible that some on the right come to a false and premature conclusion that President Obama is “out of his element” or “too dumb” or “giving it away” or “mess that he has created” because of their racist, knee jerk reaction to anything our President says or does?

Or are they, as is Arkansas’s child senator, Cotton, so blinded by their political ideology and their mob justice rule that they place the execution before the conclusion of the trial?

The Jury is still out or to use a football analogy, we are in the fourth quarter; let’s not begin the blame game or declare a winner yet.

          1. It is the job of the Senate to “Advise and Consent” . Since Obama has made it clear he will not discuss this with the people or their Reps, they spoke out, good fro them.
We cannot let Obama sell out this country to Valerie’s buddies and see them take over the Mideast.

And that is what the Zionists in Israel fear most. A potent economy in the region that will usurp the Israeli domination in the Middle East, achieved by force of U.S. military, media and political Support.

People so quickly forget how the media puffed up the reports of WMDs and nuclear development in Iraq in order to get the people to submit to G.W. Bush White House advisor, Paul Wolfowitz’s urgings for war.

            2. Con man or woman, President “Obama has made it clear he will not discuss this with the people or his reps…”

              Not so!

Your statement, without substantive sources or proof, is a lie or reveals you as an ignoramus or more politely as one who doesn’t know wtf you are talking about.

The current Iran discussion by our Secretary of State is ONGOING without final agreement between Iran and the U.S. along with five other countries involved.

You, I, or any American citizen including the racists on the right along with the GOP Senate shill,Cotton, can petition or write to President Obama to express our opinion on what is or is not acceptable in the Constitutional exercise of his office.

Have you? If not, please do not waste time with your unsupported and/or false statements.

      2. He handed Obama a great bargaining chip but he is too dumb to use it.

  1. No wonder the dopey Left loses. iran is taking over the Mideast, biggest trouble spot in world and obama giving it away amongst the incredible mess that he has created there. amateur Hour. Someone like reagan would use that letter as bargaining chip, left is too dumb to do that.

  2. Things I’ve read about him sounds like he is a dangerous ultra Tea party conservative whom the Koch ‘s are grooming for bigger things! He is so extreme in his views that they are out in the atmosphere somewhere.

    1. Not sure about the wingnut part as I probably agree with most of his votes (!), but based on what he’s done this is a no-brainer this guy should be gone. Dem or Rep, this guy gives politicians and politics a bad name. Good riddance.

  3. Good one, nq.

Here’s another somewhat amusing take related to the recent Senator Cotton controversy which brought to mind an old saying, “take a cotton to” from my couple USAF years in the deep South which changes a noun to a verb meaning to like or to agree with.

Well then, it could be said, I don’t “take a cotton to” Senator Cotton and his false or prejudiced views.
