I thought about doing the same thing when I saw Boots and Bad Ideas post the other day. I settled on the satisfaction of knowing when the quotes are removed, “Russ Feingold’s Achievements” gets over 82,000 results.
Yeah, it’s pretty easy to get the results you want if you manipulate the search criteria.
