This months award goes to Brown County supervisor Brad Hopp, who doesn’t want any Brown County employees disseminating information to the public about the Affordable Care Act. Hopp has written a resolution to that effect which will be given consideration tonight ( Thursday, August 8th) by the boards Executive Committee.
What is truly appalling about this bit of florid ass hattery is that people served by county employees may be most in need of information and assistance, such as those 90,000 plus working parents who will transitioned from Badgercare into the insurance exchanges via Walker’s budget.
Here’s hoping that the residents of district 5 in Brown County organize and hand Hopp his hat and an electoral boot in the ass in the 2014 spring elections.
