Good morning Zach, can you forward along the amount of money that was donated to all of the Democrats that voted for the arena deal?
It was my understanding is that the reason the arena deal even made it to Scott Walker’s desk was due to overwhelming bipartisan support from both Democrats and Republicans alike.
Surely the coffers of the Democratic Party in Wisconsin must have been overflowing with money as well to get them to agree to anything with Republicans, correct?
Quid pro quo or not this deal would have never been possible without bipartisan support which is in fact the reason they removed it from the budget in order to allow Democrats to vote for a very popular plan.
