    I’d appreciate it if you, Duane12, or someone else with an accounting/finance background could comment. The point of spinning JMG off from Journal Communication was that it was debt free. Now, Gannett just took on $280 million in liabilities/debt to buy JMG. How does JMG ever generate that kind of return?

    Only strategy that makes sense to me is that Gannett is betting someone else will buy them out.
