Dale Peterson, a far-right conservative Republican candidate for the office of Alabama Agriculture Commissioner, has conservative blogs, including a few here in Wisconsin, all atwitter about how SUPERFANTASTICAWESOME he’d be if he ran for an office higher than the one he’s seeking. The source of their excitement is this ad put out by Peterson:
As Dan Cody points out, Peterson’s definitely the kind of candidate the right should be elevating as a candidate for something higher, because his rifle-totin’, thugs and criminals accusin’, “I’m gonna kick yer ass” attitude is exactly what Republicans need if they’re going to expand their base beyond the 65 and older white male demographic.
