Today marks the third anniversary since I took the helm as publisher here at Blogging Blue. I haven’t quite run the joint totally into the ground but we have lost our other contributors and many of our regular commenters. sigh.
Initially in 2017, I offered contributor roles to about a dozen individuals. It was an effort to diversify our base of writers and expand the brand. Got a resounding no from all but one…who since has had to leave due to other commitments.
It’s been an interesting three years…as we’ve had to endure the reign of Donald Trump and the surrender of the GOP to Trumpian dogma. Not a pleasant period in our nation’s history.
So, 2020: a presidential election year. Should be interesting times to say the least
