I heard the words “sex addition” bantered around…the reason why there was an immediate & 24/7 counseling session going on…so I suspect we will all be all be surprised at the number.
Hi, Laurie, This is another word that has been compromised over time: “addiction”. I seem to recall (a long time ago when dinosaurs ruled) that “addiction” meant that it had to debilitate a person to the point that one could not carry on a normal life. If your activity ruled your life rather than the other way around, it was an addiction. Today we use the word addiction to describe how we “feel” when ‘we prefer to do this instead of that’.
Considering that Tiger Wood’s life is playing golf and he is still at the top of the profession, I cannot believe that he has a sex ‘addiction’.
