For some reason, when I think of Republican U.S. Senate candidate Terrence Wall, I can’t help but think of this classic skit from Saturday Night Live:

I can just see Terrence Wall sitting at his mahogany desk telling his underlings, “I got a fever, and the only prescription is MORE LOOPHOLES!”
