I see two American flags and a third one in the picture of Supervisor West…what is that third flag and why is it on a desk in a county meeting room?
It’s folded so I’m not sure but is it the Palestinian flag?

no, it looks like a three stripe flag, red:black:green. it doesn’t have a middle white stripe like the Jordan or Palestine flags. I couldn’t find anything with that combination of stripes.
