John McCain: Senate “Much Poorer Place” Without Feingold

Though I’ve been a harsh critic of Arizona Sen. John McCain, I have to give him credit for his heartfelt goodbye to Wisconsin Sen. Russ Feingold, who was defeated by empty suit Ron Johnson in November’s election.

For what it’s worth, Sen. McCain is absolutely right – the United States Senate will be a much poorer place without Russ Feingold, especially considering his replacement is nothing more than an empty suit who will do whatever the GOP tells him.
