Evidence is mounting that the National Rifle Association’s declaration of War on Christmas is beginning to take root here in Wisconsin.
Wisconsin Gun Owners, which bills itself as Wisconsin’s no compromise gun lobby, is building a ” Don’t Buy” ( read boycott) list of businesses that prohibit customers from carrying firearms into their establishments in spite of passage of the Concealed Carry Law.
And Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Medford is on the list! Page six!
I wrote earlier today that this could get real ugly, real quick. Why?

I think it’s funnier than hell that the “Bob and Rocco Gun Shows” are on the list! I sent Bob Pucci a letter a couple years back about the idiotic TV ad that he was running in my area for his gun shows. His dog, Rocco, was “talking” about how much he hated Obama’s policy on one thing or another. I mentioned to him that right-wingers weren’t necessarily the only ones who own guns (or know how to use them) and that he probably alienated a good number of potential clients with his own stupidity.

Everyone should carry guns into banks according to Wisconsin Gun Owners.

why would bars and grilles and supper clubs want to keep guns out?

Gun owners are not a homogenous lot. Lots of different kinds of people own guns, and for different reasons. And gun owners are not the reason we still have any rights at all. That’s a ton of NRA horseshit.
