Sorry I am a little delayed here. Holidays ya know.
It makes my blood boil to hear/read this type of thing.
But rather than a reflection of capitalism I would characterize it more as a reflection of a Government bureaucracy incapable of hiring an independent contractor with appropriate watch dogs.
