  1. Glenn is one of the stronger people I know for property rights, human rights and individual rights against the spcial interests. God is pretty upset with all of us.

              So Grothman was against the WI Real Estate lobby, the Road Builder lobby and the groundwater usurping, manure polluting Dairy Business Association lobby and the Voucher school lobby and the iron and sand mining, environmental destroying special interest lobbys, all sucking off the government teat with tax breaks that have created the current deficit and interest on $3.6B that Walker borrowed to spend to make ends meet. More spending than any previous WI governor with nothing in the way of results other than campaign contributions for himself.

              You exhibit the epidemy of stupidity with every comment you write.

                  Yes, a discussion, if you’d ever actually engage in one, requires YOU to elaborate on your trite claims.

                  Speaking of gutting of home values, how about the 30% of home wells polluted from industrial farming run-off in a place like Kewaunee County? Who exactly was in charge of deregulating CAFOs and giving them $5K per animal tax breaks in the last 4 years. More than a child of a family in need of food assistance, gets in two years. Which, “god,” tells you to support and brag about that?

                      Photos of Barca pretending to be chummy with Vos at the Inaugural Ceremony were gut wrenchingly, puke-worthy, sad. As if Vos gives a shit or is going to waver from his agenda for the attempt at normal civility.

                      Voluntarily catering to these r-w pukes by allowing them to deliberately pollute needed dialog and conversations among “lefties,” here is wholly and unjustifiable aiding and abetting and capitulation to the right-wing agenda as real as contributing actual money or door knocking for Grothman.

                      The buck stops with all of us, not just the DPW leadership, in taking responsibility to cut these craps no quarter. If I was better at writing threads than responding in them, I’d call for boycotting Blogging Blue until commentators like WCD, Nemo and others were blocked, once given a chance to contribute and not to just destroy, disrupt and belittle others.

  6. NQ: Having WCD and others blather here is a clear indication that we are making some headway in the conversation. The fact that they think they can (and need to) disrupt us with incoherent and thoughtless and witless comments I find incredibly amusing. Letting the whole world see that they can’t spell, use proper punctuation and capitalization, or use anything resembling proper grammar certainly implies volumes about their ability to hold a conversation or post anything but simplistic talking points. Let them continue to display the emptiness of their ideas and positions.

    Don’t be as intolerant as they are. Read past them…don’t engage them…ignore them. The game isn’t any fun without an opponent…and believe me, they don’t have the brain capacity to actually engage you. Revel in the knowledge that we are bothering them…REALLY!

    As I’ve said in the past…if someone gets abusive…I will deal with their comments on MY threads. You’ll know it when I do.

    1. Rest assured, WCD/Dohnal has been dealt with. His comments will be moderated until he learns how to conduct himself, and if he doesn’t learn, then I’ll take further action.

    2. Please recognize this is not just a game and that the, “opposition,” is playing for keeps. Nothing funny about it. Not a “game,” to those of us directly and negatively affected by right-wing state policies. What you describe in your comment is a victimized partner sticking with the abusive partner claiming that NEXT TIME they won’t be beat so badly and there is room for tolerance and forgiveness. I say bullshit, enough is enough. I’ve professionally trained and assist victims of ABUSE. Not fine with me in any respect.

      Secondly, this blog (and others) should be an OPEN discussion among “lefties,” about where we are headed, what we need to try to do to accomplish our goals, etc. I agree these winger-people are not all that bright, are hypocritical, pathetically and unthinkingly subservient to their “leadership,” cannot back there comments with facts yadda, yadda. Never-the-less they appear here and elsewhere purposefully and intentionally to steer the conversation with their deliberate schtick, flooding intelligent discussion with BS in a tag-team style as is their modus operandi. We’ve NO NEED to further ENABLE their pathetic ideas and behavior, any more than one should provide alcohol to a professed wino. Do YOU regularly go over to conservative web-blogs to tell them where to go. I never have, don’t even honor them with a digital click. What are these creeps doing here? Rhetorical question, I already know.
