I would never in a million years have thought I’d end up in the hospital with a heart issue, given that I don’t smoke, don’t drink too much, I exercise, and I try to eat healthy-ish, but my situation just goes to show that those kinds of things can happen to anyone.
All the more reason to pay attention to your body and not minimize things, because if I had ignored what was going on, things could have ended badly.
It’s because being a liberal you think with your heart and not your brain!
May you continue to recover to your happy and healthy self. Thank you for sharing. It inspired me to make an overdue doctors appointment.
I totally missed the nuances behind the psa. My sincerest best wishes. Being self-employed for untold decades, stress is a factor (and occasionally rears its ugly head) that I have been able to face with some realism and deal with in a healthy manner despite not knowing the, “recommended,” methods to do just that. Take care of yourself, please.
