A week or so ago I read an article about the upcoming schedule in Washington. Essentially it comes down to Congress having 39 working days between now and August and then they go on a five week hiatus. Hey, any of you get 5 solid weeks off with pay? Any of you only working 39 days out of the next 60? No wonder they can’t get anything done. And don’t we have a fiscal budget coming up.
You know who else gets all of August off? Those f*#@^# Socialists in Europe, that’s who!
