[stolen from the internet and embellished]: Based on the political writings and philosophies espoused by Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell, the Supreme Court seat currently held by retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy should remain empty until January 21st, 2021. The people get to pick the justice via the president they select. Do I have that right?
