While the White House and Capitol Hill Republicans protest closed door sessions for depositions in the impeachment inquiry…Attorney General Barr (most likely at the behest of the president) has launched a criminal investigation into the investigation that produced the Mueller report…and AG Barr’s criminal investigation is secret and will use closed grand juries.
So what is the definition of due process? or Goose/Gander? Think about that for a moment.
