apparently nobody told him that that is known as the Proxmire Procedure!
He is saving young American students from indoctrination by communists and socialists, according to his new video. So he can’t look like an old fart.
I just can’t help but wonder if he’s using the spray hair or if those are actual plugs. Either way it’s not subtle.
