Among the topics Senator Russ Feingold discussed during his appearance on the Rachel Maddow Show were the nomination of Eric Holder to Attorney General, possible Bush Administration crimes, and Feingold’s proposed Constitutional amendment doing away with U.S. Senate appointments by state governors.
