So, what’s the over/under on when the President signs into law? I got Rose Garden at 10 am ET tomorrow.
If Stupak is in fact voting in favor of the legislation, then getting it passed is a done deal.
As for your question, I’m betting he signs it at noon ET tomorrow, so he can make as much of a spectacle of it as possible.
They are talking a small fireside signing tonight. Remember the Senate still needs to pass the corrections later this week. That will be the BIG celebration.
