If David King can’t manage his own personal affairs, how can he manage as Secretary of State?

Apostle David King, who wants to be Wisconsin’s next Secretary of State, says he’s “ready to accept the current duties of the office.” However, while King says he’s ready to accept the current duties of the office, which includes a staff of eight and a $1.5 million budget, I can’t help but question his ability to effectively manage a budget of $1.5 million, given the fact that he’s had big problems managing his own household budget, given the fact that King owes a $10,062.05 judgment to Wisconsin Electric Power Company.

King’s failure to pay his utility bills on time, while certainly cause for concern, is just part of a pattern of mismanagement on the part of David King, who after three years as head of the Milwaukee God Squad still hasn’t managed to get tax-exempt status for that group.

If David King can’t manage his own personal affairs – or those of the group he heads – then how can any reasonable person expect that he’ll be able to manage an office with a staff of eight and a budget of $1.5 million. For that matter, how can any reasonable person expect that David King won’t be in way over his head as Secretary of State?

  1. The Secretary of State doesn’t really do anything important, though. Maybe if he gets elected it will be the impetus to either get rid of the office once and for all.

  2. He just wants his country back…..The Founders didnt pay their electric bills either.!!
