While Sarah Palin is treated as a rock star by the US media(going so far as to giving her a TV show). She is so famous here that the press has made her daughter famous just for getting pregnant(putting her on TV also). The rest of the world however, is not buying it!

If anything is a threat to the national security of the United States of America, it is this screaming, unrefined oaf with as much class as a searing release of flatulence followed by hysterical giggling at a state banquet. Is this what the people of the USA deserve?
To attack the President of the country at a time when the USA needs to close ranks and stand together to consolidate the enormous strides his intelligent and respectful approach has achieved in building bridges, when her party’s period in government bombed them, Spankin’ Sarah Palin comes across as a pitifully inadequate anachronism from the times of the Far West.
The United States of America has evolved. She has not.

Caribou “Barbie”?? I hate to be nitpicky here but what does the reference to “Barbie” mean?? Sounds a bit sexist. Why is it if a woman is not liked they always have to be compared to something demeaning (and sexist)??
Although I am NOT a fan of Palin she’s no different than a lot of the celebrities out there that do nothing to earn their fame. It’s the society we live in…unfortunately.

Agreed. Given, honestly the sexism in politics sickens me and it’s a reason why I’m hesitant to ever run despite me having a fair bit of knowledge in it, growing up on a farm, decent education, good records with my jobs, and eventually planning to start my own business.
Republican women are demonized to be brainless air heads and baby making machines who don’t care if a child and mother dies at birth and should never speak up and stay in the kitchen. While on the flip side of the Democratic women are demonized into anti-family, lesbians who want to leave their husbands, kill their children, and practice witchcraft.
Also they’re never allowed to show any types of emotions such as getting angry or upset either or their question for politics will be on the line. (see what happened to Hilary Clinton when she had tears in her eyes.) Nevermind many men have burst out in tears and weeped openly but were regarded as crying for their country. (John Boehner) But they can’t ever be too logical and say they’re not allowed to cry or they’re called absolute robots. (Nancy Pelosi)

Sarah Palin should remain in the news. She campaigned against Frank Murkowski as a progressive, calling for a windfall profit tax on oil companies operating on the north slope. The year after she was elected Governor every Alaskan got an extra $1,200.00 check from the state, on top of their annual $2,000.00 “oil wealth” check. She increased the redistribution of wealth in Alaska. We need to get her to FightingBob to tell us how she did it.
