If this mailer from extreme right Republican U.S. Senate candidate (and failed Senate & gubernatorial candidate) Mark Neumann is any indicator, the race to fill the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Sen. Herb Kohl is going to be particularly negative and downright nasty.
For more on the extremism and negativity of Mark Neumann, see “[the gay agenda is the greatest threat to our freedom that we face today,” courtesy of Neumann’s ideological “pea in a pod” Tom Coburn, not to mention Neumann’s statement, “If I were elected God for a day, homosexuality wouldn’t be permitted.”
As for Neumann’s statement in his mailer about his “good character,” there’s a whole bunch of conservative bloggers in Wisconsin who think Neumann lacks character:
it is our responsibility to bring Mark Neumann’s lack of character to your attention. While we do not question Neumann’s past contributions to conservatism while he was a Congressman, his actions during last year’s campaign are completely unbecoming of a conservative candidate.
With friends like those, who needs enemies?
What the heck is “European-style radicalism”??
WELS loser.
Apparently nobody told Mark Neumann that no one reads four pages of a fundraising letter. That’s just campaign 101. No wonder he keeps losing elections.
There’s a lot to criticize in that mailer, but it is extreeeeeeeeeeeeemly long.
Wait… is that… written on a typewriter??
I’d think you guys would be thrilled with him. Seems like he’s ticked off so many in the Republican party that he wouldn’t have a chance.
Don’t get me wrong; I hope Mark Neumann is the Republican nominee, because he’s an extremist.
Unlike Tammy Baldwin who is a middle of the road moderate…Apparently extremism is okey dokey if they are on your side of the fence.
Precisely!
This isn’t “Blogging Conservatively,” or “Blogging Red,” it’s Blogging Blue for a reason.
Neumann is professional jobber
Where’s Dave Westlake been? Stay tuned, more tomorrow.
It’s kinda hard to miss Dave Westlake; he’s the guy wearing orange.
Neumann’s will say or do anything for a few more bucks or another shot at power. Look at how Walker bought off Neumann’s support this year by giving O’Brien Homes tax credits -now Neumann’s propping up Walker at the Hart Park event today.
Neumann would turn decent people off so badly that Tammy would win by more than you’d think. 2012 is the wrong time for overly negative, right-wing garbage. Real people are tired of it.
