One of the coolest things about Drinking Liberally Milwaukee and Drinking Liberally Waukesha is the opportunity to speak with elected officials, political candidates, and others in a casual, relaxed, non-partisan setting. It’s a chance for citizens to meet face-to-face with those they normally may not have access to, while gathering with friends, neighbors, and like-minded community members. And, of course, beverages.
Here’s what’s coming up for Drinking Liberally Milwaukee and Drinking Liberally Waukesha in the next few weeks:
Drinking Liberally Milwaukee meets March 19th at 7pm at Transfer Pizza in Milwaukee. Senator Kathleen Vinehout will be stopping by.
Drinking Liberally Waukesha meets April 2nd at 6:30 pm at Club 400 in Waukesha. Senator Vinehout will be our guest as well.
Accessibility to political candidates is invaluable, especially in 2012 Wisconsin.
