For some context, Craig Sonner was supposed to appear on “The Last Word With Lawrence O’Donnell” on Monday night after appearing on the morning talk show circuit, but shortly before his appearance on MSNBC Sonner walked out of a remote Orlando studio, leaving Lawrence O’Donnell to interview an empty chair.
