that’s basically what State Representative Joe Sanfelippo looked like during the OUR Milwaukee County listening session that Supervisor Jason Haas hosted…to the rep’s credit he was sitting in the back row, not at the podium.

not only was he doing that..when he was in charge of calling names for a short time..he would cut people off who were testifying! “ok thats good enough..” before their time was up.
such an asshat.
It sure is a good thing that a Democrat has never ever checked his cell phone during an all-day public hearing.
he wasn’t “checking” his cell phone…he was sitting up there playing with it almost the whole time.this is a pattern for him.he does this during meetings in his district too and someone once told me he plays angry birds during meetings.very disrespectful.
I understand he has the same behavior problem at church!
