According to the daily calendar for Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge David Hansher, disgraced (not to mention convicted felon) former Scott Walker aide Tim Russell will be back in court today. Russell is scheduled to appear in Judge Hansher’s court at 1:30 p.m. for a restitution hearing.
No doubt Russell and his attorney will be arguing for Russell to pay less than his fair share of restitution.
