Earlier this week, Republican gubernatorial candidate Scott Walker got a big “thumbs down” from the Appleton Post Crescent thanks to his infamous 68-page jobs plan written in 58 point font:
To Republican gubernatorial candidate Scott Walker, for an amazingly immature campaign stunt.
In response to Democratic candidate Tom Barrett’s 67-page plan to grow jobs in the state, Walker’s campaign put out a 68-page plan. But it was really Walker’s already-stated three-page plan, with the type blown up to a huge size.
While that might not make him the “worst person in the world,” as MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann proclaimed him earlier this week, it at least shows he has some amateurs working for him, some questionable judgment in apparently approving the stunt and makes us wonder how seriously he’s taking a very serious issue.
