Lee Camp: The TRUTH About The Occupy Wall Street Protests (VIDEO)

Hundreds of”‘Occupy Wall Street” protesters were issued tickets last week after they extended their rally to the iconic Brooklyn Bridge, shutting down the bridge. Police had warned protesters not to occupy the roadway, and while some complied by moving to the pedestrian walkway, over 700 summonses and desk appearance tickets were still issued.

The “Occupy Wall Street” protests began in July with the launch of a simple campaign website calling for a march and a sit-in at the New York Stock Exchange, but the protests have also addressed issues including police brutality, union busting and the economy. However, the main point of the protests is still to bring attention to the social inequities resulting from our nation’s current financial system.

In his most recent Moment of Clarity comedian Lee Camp, a good friend of this blog, shares the truth about the “Occupy Wall Street” protests.
