According to this report, Democratic Rep. Gwen Moore is still undecided on whether she’ll support U.S. military intervention in Syria’s civil war. Rep. Moore has indicated she wants to wait until after President Obama addresses the nation later today to explain why the unraveling situation in Syria is in the national security interests of America before she makes a decision on whether to support U.S. military intervention in Syria.
While Rep. Moore may need to hear President Obama speak before she makes up her mind, I’ve already made up my mind, and my thoughts are summed up thusly:
Thanks, Zach. Well said.
If I heard correctly the Senate has postponed a vote and the House is likely to follow. Lots of Reps breathing a sigh of relief for momentarily likely not having to make a decision which they would have to defend. Easy-peasy, now back to their NSA data to decide on their next stock moves on Wall St.

Once again the dudebros and wingnuts have egg on their face. I’m very thankful that Obama is our president and not Romney.
