I’ve got a bone to pick.
Quite frankly, I’m sick and tired of being bombarded with complaints about how nasty and vitriolic the comments section has gotten here at Blogging Blue, especially considering the complaints seem to revolve around the same few people. Having read some of the comments on this thread, I’m absolutely and positively disappointed that some who frequent this blog simply can’t find a way to participate in the discussion without devolving into personal attacks on other commenters and overall nastiness.
In case some of you haven’t noticed, Blogging Blue has a defined comment policy, and if folks can’t start abiding by it and acting like grown adults, then I’m going to start dropping the ban-hammer.
This blog is supposed promote a dialogue, not foster personal attacks and ongoing arguments, and moderating the blog shouldn’t be a source of ongoing stress. So let me reiterate: get it together or I’m just going to start banning folks – and there will no more warnings.
