In reply to Patrick Marley, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Wisconsin Statehouse reporter, the official Twitter account of the Wisconsin Assembly GOP (and the Republican majority as they gloat in their profile), stick with the party line that the lawsuits against the governor aren’t about the masks but his official overreach. But as we all know by now, the Republican majority can simply call themselves into session and repeal the governor’s mask mandate and the governor has not veto power over them. But instead they continue to posture and sue and waste time and money. Wisconsinites are literally getting sick and dying out here.
Where is the Republican plan to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in Wisconsin…since the sick and enfeebled president continues to leave the issue in state hands?
They are just two afraid to take a stand a month before the election.
