Trump Is Back To “No Victims” Defense In His NY Civil Fraud Case.

Really? When one breaks a law, the law is broken. There aren’t necessarily victims. But if he gets away with this offensive ‘defense’, put it in your back pocket for the next time the State Patrol pulls you over for doing 95 in a 70….but officer…there were no victims.

Donald Trump’s planned appeal of a $355 million judgment against him in his civil fraud case may focus on the former president’s contention that there were no actual victims from his conduct at issue in the case, which was brought under a New York anti-fraud law typically used to protect consumers.
