While the extreme right and MAGA nothinks celebrate today’s Supreme Court ruling, they keep overlooking one significant item. Donald Trump is not the current president and if this ruling applies to the Trump presidency, it applies to every presidency. And if they follow the Yellow Brick to their OZ, that could be an issue. If I were sitting in the Oval Office:
I would have Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Jim Jordan, Mike Johnson, Ron Johnson, and company arrested for treason and shipped off to Guantanamo before dinner.
I would outlaw the Republican Party on similar grounds.
I would declare a State of Emergency and postpone the November elections.
I would dissolve the U.S. Supreme Court.
Just thinking out loud.
Absurd? Of course, but maybe not so much in the current 2024?
