However, while Scott Walker the gubernatorial candidate said he wanted to make state government more transparent by ending closed caucuses, Governor Scott Walker seems to have no problem with closed caucuses:

  1. Zach I agree with you but the context was state legislators by themselves would be in closed caucus. Of course they will have them with the governor in closed meetings. A tad misleading.
