Tony Palmeri recognizes Jeff Smith as the ” reform ” candidate for DPW Chair

UW Oshkosh Professor of Communications Studies and former candidate for state legislature Tony Palmeri has an excellent piece on the race for DPW Chair. It’s a mighty refreshing break from the rhetoric of the last couple of days. Here’s a relevant snippet:
