Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David Prosser, currently the target of an ethics probe for choking fellow Justice Ann Walsh Bradley, claimed today that it is constitutionally illegal to investigate his actions under the First Amendment to the Constitution. Nevermind any Wisconsin law, I suppose. Here’s what he said, as reported by the Wisconsin State Journal: [...] I had never heard of Dr. Tim Nerenz until Phil introduced us to him recently. Now he appears to be a wanted in man in the Americans for Propserity circles. At the time there was some talk of Dr. Tim’s credentials and that he actually did a dissertation and has his Phd. Congrats on that, [...] In case you haven’t heard, Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman recieved free legal counsel from Michael Best & Friedrich in return for their services(which helped Mr. Gableman stay on the Supreme Court) he then voted their way in the numerous cases they tried in front of him. Mr. Gableman also forgot to mention the [...] This year as we have been chronicling there have been many republican thug tactics against people who disagree with them. The sad thing is that this has started at the top from Scott Walker and David \" Chokehold\" Prosser down to psycho right wing militia men who live for this kind of battle. Yet another [...] Heather @ Monologues of Dissent recently write an “open letter” where she gave this nickname to Scott Walker: Scott “Teachers Are Thugs” Walker. While it turns out he has never specifically said those exact words, that is just splitting hairs, because he has been one of the driving forces this year in trying to turn [...] While much of the violence on the right throughout this year has been advocated from the very top with Governor Scott Walker considering adding \"agent provocateurs\" to the peaceful crowd, to Scott Fitzgerald yelling at one of Mark Miller\'s female staffers so violently she felt the need to call the police for protection, to Justice [...] From my email inbox comes this nugget: Mitt was so adamant that he hates the immigrants as much or more than rick Perry that he had to run up on him. In Christian Schneider land, that was an attack and Mitten was lucky that Rick Perry didnt have the same have the same choke reflex that David Prosser has! [...] |
