We recently found out that Koch Industries(the money behind the “tea parties”), while spending spending millions opposing health care reform, have had their hand out applying for millions in was first to apply for millions in health care subsidies.

They are not alone as 19 of the 22 states, who are suing the government over health reform, are also applying for grants.

Today Healthwatch lists more than a dozen members of the board of directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce who have also applied for these hated federal funds including Pfizer, PepsiCo, New York Life Insurance Company, Eastman Kodak, IBM, Rolls-Royce North America. This past year the U.S. Chamber of Commerce rolled out $3 million a week to battle President Obama’s major agenda items. Now we find out that the chamber will spend some $75 million trying to unseat Democrats who voted for the health care law all the while its board members profit from it(Thom Hartmann).

It amazes me that the republicans can be so blatantly transparent and hypocritical can  ever actually win an election. If the “tea partiers” actually paid attention to what was really happening in the world, they would have something to be outraged about!
